      Overworked and under paid - Accounting Manager CHS Inc Employee Review

      Some teams are allowed hybrid work schedules

      Cons

      RECORD BREAKING earnings and they only give a 4% raise, at a time of 8% inflation and after freezing all increases 2 years ago. On top of that, employee surveys repeatedly reveal that employees are overworked. But, they gifted us all a BBQ set, which the clueless leadership must think makes up for the decrease in income at the same time we're overworked.

      Benefits and there are some great coworkers who make work fun.

      Cons

      Top down management Don’t value employees as anything more than numbers Unclear direction Uncertainty in job security Consistently shifting priorities without connection to what employees actually do or struggle with. No opportunities for career advancement or growth in the industry.
