Indescribably bad culture. Unorganized, no process, duplicate efforts, and bullying to name a few of the problems. HR does nothing to make managers accountable and instead enables their bad behavior. Within HR it's a do what I say but not what I do attitude. There are so many bad HR leaders, and they just micromanage the very competent people on their teams rather than helping them grow and develop. They are very nice people, but very bad leaders. There is nothing good at this organization and I regret joining it nearly every day. After this next bonus payout, I am getting out and never looking back.
