      Pros

      You'll learn how to deal with a lot of different people and levels of PC and networking understanding. Troubleshooting will cover simple resets to doing some tier 1 networking troubleshooting with other teams as sometimes the go between.

      Cons

      If you want to move anywhere within the Service Center, forget it. Apply to other teams, and don't let the manager tell you any different about your place and how you can move etc.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
