Pros
Company touts LEAN, but doesn’t ask front line workers what’s best for the company. Instead they push down initiative after initiative. Never stopping to do anything well. CHS has also become a ‘gotcha’ kind of culture. Always looking for what people are doing wrong instead of the many ways they are getting the work done with outdated systems and policies.
