      Pros

      Benefits are great, company culture is comfortable, management is understanding.

      Cons

      Salary is a bit lower than other places and yearly raises are token 3% due mostly to it being a cooperative. But they offer a great bonus if the company hits their goals and the bonus can be quite sizable. Along the lines of 15-25% of your salary

      Leadership is candid and transparent and communicates well. They appreciate and invest in their employees.

      Cons

      A mixed bag of remote versus hybrid positions.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
