      Pros

      With the changes in Senior Leadership a couple years ago it has changed the culture and outlook for CHS Inc. going forward. CHS Inc. is working to become a more flexible working environment, their compensation is average to other Fortune 500 companies, bonus structure is great, and their benefits are what set them apart from other employers.

      Cons

      CHS Inc. is WORKING to be more flexible, but there is still some turnover that needs to take place in order for the company to continue to move forward and be an attractive company to work at for the next work force.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
