      The people truly care about the mission of the organization. The long time employees are very good to work with.

      Cons

      More recent hires are highly political and generally not competent. The culture is on the skids and getting worse. CFO is crazy.

      Pros

      Clean refinery, good enough compensation

      Cons

      Folks in mid to high-level management manage, but do not lead. Refinery management actively strays from big-company principles for what is apparently a desire for control over local employees. Capital costs are high but management will fight tooth and nail to save a dime on labor.
