Pros
CHS Inc. offers a great benefits package, including 401(k) employer match, pension, mobile phone reimbursement, etc. They truly value their employees in this regard, and it shows in their employee retention.
Cons
The current market environment has not been conducive for raises, bonuses, hiring and other career opportunities within the organization. The hiring freeze that has been implemented makes it difficult for job openings to be posted and thus has a negative impact on the ability for current employees to move around within the organization.
