Pros

The pay is good, bonuses are solid and profit sharing every year are nice additions. Benefits are comparable to other corporations.

Cons

Unorganized, constant changing priorities and projects. Decisions are made via politics and driven by a trader mentality - short term gains. This leads to a toxic work environment if you're trying to move up or influence decisions. Lots of older (Boomer and up) white men making all the decisions and still enjoying the "old boys club" days.

Pros

My time at CHS as a contractor was a great experience overall. The team was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to collaborate with. I appreciated how organized the environment was and how much emphasis was placed on best practices and security standards. Even as a contractor, I felt included in team discussions and had the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that helped me grow technically and professionally.

Cons

Unfortunately, my contract ended earlier than expected due to company-wide restructuring related to global business conditions. Aside from that, there weren’t many negatives — communication and leadership were strong throughout my time there.
