      Pros

      Worked in Alaska 7 days a week 12 hours a day, 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off. Great Pay! Great Benefits. Safety very important

      Cons

      Based in Anchorage but worked Prudhoe Bay - very remote area without family. Work was seasonal, not year round. Lost money on plane tickets because I never knew when the layoff for me would hit.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
