Pros
Steady work, Awesome project, Many challenges, great people to work with. On the cutting edge of technology when it comes to the sustainability side of things. I have recommended it to a friend, how ever might have made a mistake.
Cons
Have the good ol boy attitude, if you are one of the " chosen ones " you can do no wrong. You can make mistakes and not have any worries about having to take responsibility for your actions. You will even be promoted and given a raise for it, its truly amazing how some people come in for a paycheck only and if they are a favorite they don't even have to preform the job they are hired to do, they can stand around , sleep or just disappear and nothing is ever said. However if you mention that someone should say something so they will do their job, well then you are causing a hostile work environment can be terminated for wanting to do only your job instead of having to take up their slack. You can try to go to HR IF you can find out who and where they are, but good luck getting anything done. Ethical??? they don't have the same ethics that I do when it comes to how to treat your loyal employees.
