Pros
CH2M has a great people and a great work environment. The projects are interesting and fast-paced. One major plus is the ability to support project work across the country, regardless of your assigned home office.
Cons
While there aren't many downsides, one area that could use improvement is the ability to hit an overhead project number when your light on work. The expectation is that you will use PTO.
