Pros
I truly enjoyed working at CH2M my whole time there. I was in the Oil & Gas division which was a new venture for CH2M. They apparently bought up a number of companies like Trigon and Veco engineering to form their Oil & Gas division back in 2007. Great benefits and great management.
Cons
Slow to get anything approved when Clients needed something fast. The problem is that they didn't know how to run an Oil & Gas company and weren't aggressive in finding work. Plus, CH2M is very top-heavy. There is so much overhead costs that it would cost clients so much more to use CH2M rather than another company. The status now is that the "Energy" division has been dissolved and the "Oil & Gas" division has little to no work and is about to fall apart.
