      Pros

      If you are on a marquee project then you will just about be ok, as long as they can deliver. They have a good market reputation Ownership 'potentially' gives a way to create some personal wealth Lots of diverse projects

      Cons

      It really is a if your face fits company Senior Mgt really do live in Ivory towers. Unless you are in the clique then you wont get into the senior tier. Too much credence is paid to sucking up to the mgt. Laying off and financially struggling Lots of failed projects they dont tell you about Just another political large American Corp. Dont let the marketing fool you.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
