Pros
Mostly good executive team - they know the business. Good investment in employee training. Good investment in IT infrastructure. Strong support for women and minorities
Cons
Disjointed management structure - they still run this company like a 5,000 person firm instead of a 25,000 person company. The old guard from the 1980's is still there, and they jealously protect their fiefdoms. Very strange marketing approach - almost like they are a retail company rather than B2B.
