      You get to work with people that care about providing high quality service on interesting projects that make a difference in our communities. Ethical, you can be proud to say you work there.

      Cons

      The people managers at the office (group) level are not given sufficient time in their schedule to do a great job managing people. That stifles growth of employees and success of the company.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
