Pros
The people are very professional, but most important they are considerate and helpful, no matter what Department you are in, you can go to anyone and they will help you anyway they can. It is a young Company and laughter is encouraged. I have never worked with such nice people.
Cons
No Cons...they are opened to lessons learned on each project and strive to always improve, though there isn't much room for improvement.
