Pros
The benefits were great. Lots of teleworking opportunities. More life/work balance than most companies.
Cons
Employees who have been there for 30 years and have somehow been promoted through the ranks are untouchable and make a lot of costly decisions that make the company look bad. When a Director makes a several million dollar mistake and loses every employee that had at least 10 years of tenure within a few months, should be moved or removed.
