Pros
Flexibility, work locations, ease to transfer to another office (even for personal reasons), salary pretty decent, interesting projects, great mentorship programs, most people at the company are awesome
Cons
Largely dependent on who you work with. Towards the end of my career at CH2M, I worked with an amazing, supportive group of people that I loved to be around. I was initially working in a toxic group of people, and our group barely had enough work to "feed" us all 40 hours a week. You are forced to take vacation hours if you do not have a full 40 hour workweek on your timesheet, even if you spent all of that time in the office trying to find other work. I came to my manager with a sexual harassment complaint in which a client had drunkenly kissed me without my permission at a networking event. He told me if I officially reported it, I would likely be taken off the little project work that I had and would be let go. Completely unacceptable. I quickly found another job and was so happy to leave all of that behind me.
