Pros
One thing that strikes from first day of employment is how the organization is helping you in any aspect of integration. From policies and procedures, through advice and mentorship. There are no time and space barriers here. You get help within minutes. And is effective. I am yet to find an obstacle of my productivity and contribution anywhere outside of me. You get all tools needed. In my particular case I also got steady stream of work to do so there is no worry whether I can contribute to the organization, which recently is a point of concern to some engineering specialties with lower project demand. Overall, I see no better engineering company to work for at this time. The question becomes: are you capable to perform in such efficient team?

My employment history here is rather short (about half year) and so far I have not found any point of negative concern.
