Pros
Steady income, start time and we get a construction trailer as an office!
Cons
Most of the guys work alone and day after day, pay is the same for the ones whom actually work, you get double the work if you are good and the SAME PAY if not less then others, all about whom you know. If you are son in law , husband, or a brother you get special treatment. Raises are not by performance. There is no advancement.
