      Wide range of projects Many experts in wide range of fields although they are often too busy to mentor (and mass exodus currently occurring)

      Cons

      Lack of communication between management and staff In it to make money, not always considering personnel Lose of expertise through recent layoffs and now a number of key voluntary moves Benefits slowly being reduced

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
