My first 90 days - Anonymous employee CH2M Employee Review

The integration process is good. Coming from a different sector I didn't know what to expect. The people who I have interfaced with have been real helpful and care about my transition to my new role. I get regular calls and questions wanting to know how work is going and how the transition is progressing. I like the new organizational structure and philosophies that are being implemented. I feel there is a lot of excitement for new possibilities and opportunities in the upcoming year.
