9yWe really appreciate your feedback. In the third quarter of 2016, we began transitioning to our new Client-centric Operating Model. As part of this transition, we simplified CH2M’s structure to better support our clients as well as open up a pathway for more profitable growth. The restructure resulted in reducing CH2M’s total global workforce of 22,000 by 4 percent. That’s behind us now, and we’re already seeing signs of success with new client wins and strong backlog. We’re sorry to hear that you left the company and hope you’ll consider joining us again someday.
