9yThanks for your feedback – we hear what you’re saying. Our complicated internal processes are one of the main reasons we’ve transitioned to a new Client-centric Operating Model. We’re convinced that by organizing around our clients and by flattening the organization, we can remove the complexity we've created. The Client-centric Operating Model addresses all of the issues that may have drained your time and energy, and we’re already starting to see signs that it’s working! Additionally, we’ve created two roles – Manager of Projects and Managers of Talent – to make sure that we manage our projects with rigor and bring out the best in our people and help them grow their careers, including having regular conversations about performance. We hope you’ll consider returning to CH2M one day.
