      Pros

      Great tools and resources within the company everyone is very helpful and willing to work with you and help you keep learning.

      Cons

      In certain arrears there isn't room to move up unless you want to move far away from home and or overseas but still not to shabby I work at a airport and it is good just drive 1.5 hrs from my house one way to work and is draining.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
