9yWe differentiate how we deliver our services through our people, and developing, motivating and retaining the best people is a key focus for us. We’ve recently launched MyJourney to help employees manage their careers and encourage continuous conversations between employees and their managers.
Additionally, in 2015, CH2M employees received an average of 16.3 hours of training through our CH2M Schools curriculum and business group courses. Our new talent development programs include robust career development tools, a mentoring program, a front-line manager development program, and leadership development programs.
