Pros

Everyone in my department is approachable, bright and hardworking. People seem to really care about the company and their colleagues. Pay seems fair, plus you get a 401(k) match and decent PTO.

Cons

The Colorado office is located in a far suburb of Denver making it hard to attract young talent who would rather live downtown. I can't convince any of my former colleagues to make the commute.

Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

Cons

I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
