Pros
Gave me a chance when no one else would. Lots of opportunity to learn and move around. Great co-workers, and immediate supervisors. Realistic expectations placed upon you.
Cons
Way to eager to fire people now that oil prices have dropped. They are looking for a reason to get rid of you. "Good 'ol boy", and "in crowd" goes on here, to the extreme. With BP cutting for obvious reasons, CH2M is cutting also, so the outlook for the future is grim. But that is to be expected, it's the oil industry, boom or bust.
