      Pros

      What I liked the most was the great mentor-ship culture that CH2M offered. In addition, my supervisor trusted me with many different and challenging tasks.

      Cons

      As a structural engineer in the water business group your work might get buried down and sometimes some of the clients are not the best to work for.

      Vision and mission, benefits, interesting projects, offices...

      Cons

      I66 Management is ridiculous. A PM who has absolutely no idea - he's not even an engineer - and a business manager who has been continuously described by the client as incompetent and useless. It weighs heavy on me to hear the client saying " is this really ch2m?"
