Pros

- They offer better compensation than the job market offers since they almost never do market research for salaries. - If you're a Korean national or descent, or former employee of Alorica, they would welcome you with open arms. They would nurture and help you develop you.

Cons

Recruitment Operations: - Lacks genuine expertise in recruitment, screening, and interviewing. - Secures clients and job orders first, then conducts minimal or no market research. - They rely on their clients for salary market research. HR: - Prioritizes client demands over employee well-being. - Enforces a rigid, non-negotiable Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) without prior notice, investigation, or due process. - Sets vague, unrealistic PIP goals with no clear metrics for success. - Offers no support and feigns ignorance when employees resign due to unfair pressure. - Easily terminates full-time regular employees over politics, differences in ideas, etc. - They "have a bias" to hire, develop, and promote individuals of Korean nationality or descent, and former employees of Alorica.

Pros

Simple, remote, and didn't micromanage. Pay was slightly above average.

Cons

HR didn't know most things. Started with promises of bonuses and cost of living wage adjustments, but the former stopped this last year under them and the latter never happened (only got one raise of 54 cents).
