      Good job security, medical aid, pension fund, annual performance bonuses and annual salary increases

      Small organization with limited career growth, otherwise good company to work for.

      Pros

      Simple, remote, and didn't micromanage. Pay was slightly above average.

      Cons

      HR didn't know most things. Started with promises of bonuses and cost of living wage adjustments, but the former stopped this last year under them and the latter never happened (only got one raise of 54 cents).
