      Pros

      Decent pay. Generally relaxed work environment. Good work life balance (although this may be team-dependent).

      Cons

      Lots of turnover and no backfilling. Get used to change and learn to "go with the flow". Unclear structure for promotions and raises. Corporate environment, with all that entails.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
