Pros

Excellent co-workers. Easy to find work elsewhere.

Cons

Senior management are wearing the emperor's clothes! They have no idea or thought for the "boots on the ground". Poor "merit increases", do not even meet cost of living increases. Senior leadership has obscene bonus structure. Middle management bonuses are based on cutting costs to include reduced staffing levels and bullying others to take pay cuts. Unrealistic expectations for expansion and organic growth as much as 50% YOY are purposely imposed to provide "rationale" for minimal bonuses for middle and lower management. Employee "engagement" survey questions are structured to prevent employees from actually expressing their dissatisfaction and the published "results" are questionable. Salaried employees are worked beyond reasonable expectation and are bullied into reducing overtime by performing works that should be assigned to waged staff. Reports are numerous, overwhelming, redundant, duplicated and are mostly only for show. Low morale prevalent throughout company and there has been an increasing exodus of experienced middle to lower management in the past year.

The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

Good people work here. Decent Pay, good chance to move up if you try.

Cons

I dont love the health insurance options and it is expensive.
