      Use of the Flavia coffee machine is free. You might get a promotion if you look good in heels and/or are incompetent. (But wait! There's still hope for a promotion... if you are an oompa loompa... and incompetent.)

      Cons

      Management (people with management titles but no management skills), discrimination, no empathy, narcissism, no accountability, gross and rampant incompetence. "RISE" values - (Racist Incompetent Sociopaths Everywhere)

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
