Pros
You work for an International Company that is a Global Leader. There were many opportunities to grow personally and professionally if you are able to take advantage of them.
Cons
You work for a large Corporation, so naturally there is going to be a tremendous amount of bureaucracy. You are told that the Company is concerned about your professional and career path growth and that they were always there to help you. Unfortunately, when I tried to utilize the Services advertised for Internal Employees, I found that you were pretty much on your own.
