      Great people to work with and learn from. The office I worked in gave employees opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      Once you have hit a certain level you must move on. They look to other client offices for the better opportunities.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      Cons

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
