      Pros

      Extremely professional company to work for. My "boss" was an excellent mentor. Benefits were outstanding - and i was provided the opportunity to make my own schedule.

      Cons

      A lot of process - but this comes with any big company. The smart employees learn to work the system.

      Good pay , benefits are good , no forced overtime.

      If your not in the club , you will never move up , Managers pick buddies not who has the best qualities , HR goes right along with it , Not fair at all ,
