      Pros

      Good company, good training and the people are all very nice. The staff was rather small so I had to do a lot myself which I did not mind.

      Cons

      Third party Management, so if the owners decide to sell the building or switch management then you are out of a job. But that is the way it is with third party management.

      Pros

      The company has a great mentor program. You will meet colleagues who do amazing things like write books, receive leadership awards, and write checks to nonprofits that really need the help.

      Cons

      I really have no complaints. I am still in contact with many of my colleagues there.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
