Pros

1. You get opportunity to work with the biggest clients. 2. You get good brand. 3. Good motivation given to the team. 4. I joined my firm on my own caliber and was asked to join the biggest project.

Cons

1. You are paid with Lowest salary. 2. Inequality- I am treated like an illiterate even though I have higher degree from my counterpart and the reason for this treatment is regional favoritism. 3. Leaders are not having open mindedness they are like dictators but blame only their team. 4. My current team lead is having cultural favoritism mentality, is egoistic and gets team members of his reference and promotes them and allocates work only to them and always talks in their regional language and make comments. 5. I do not want to blame CBRE, its the team lead mentality that has led to me giving these negative reviews. Team lead favors a single person of his regional background and then he only focuses on that person by giving him work and developing him all the time and nominating only him for awards. So, the other person who is equally talented is not given any opportunity and he will be branded as amateur with less experience. Later when you ask I can do it I am also experienced and I also want to grow he simply gives a cold reply. Here in CBRE referral job ( its like nepotism), where only people who know their boss earlier are hired and they will be boot lick only to succeed, others like me who join CBRE with a vision to grow will have to leave the company disheartened with regrets and who actually feel like losers when they leave.

Pros

Honestly? Not much. The vision insurance was decent, I guess. Truthfully though, there wasn't much.

Cons

Management's refusal to allow employees freedom. I routinely got praise from the client and hit the maximum score on my goals. If things weren't done "by the book", they were wrong. The health insurance was awful. Going to self-employment, one of the things that you hear is that you're going to pay a lot for health insurance. However, I'm actually paying LESS than when I worked for CBRE. When you work for CBRE, don't consider job security something that you're going to have. I saw two employees with 15+ years for the company get laid off, with zero severance and no option to transfer elsewhere, unless they wanted to uproot their families and move states for more work and a pay cut. This is the worst company that I've ever had the displeasure to work for. If you have literally any other option of employment, please consider doing that.
