      Pros

      Decent benefits, fully remote, get to pick your own hours, managers are really nice

      Cons

      The accountants are overworked it’s insane. You’ll express to upper management that your portfolio is too large and they seem to not care, instead they pile you up with more work. Currently they are outsourcing to India and you’re basically training your replacement. The pay is horrible for the amount of work that they pile on you.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
