      Pros

      Great company events where the whole company is involved. They're also frequent events as well. Benefits are very strong from other jobs and 401K matching is nice.

      Cons

      Pay is where this offsets the benefits. The other people also don't seem hungry or that knowledgeable of the industry.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
