      Flexibility, nice office, good benefits

      Cons

      Very outdated talent practices, Leadership team stuck in the past and narrow-minded. Very high targets, impossible to reach, not to pay the bonuses out. Cutting the head-counts all the time which means that those who left need to cover the scope of multiple roles

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
