      The people you meet at the company that is being contracted.(Not CBRE) Steady work

      Cons

      Terrible management that are micromanagers and emotionally imbalanced. They are trained to do the job, but do not know how to manage people in a healthy way that provides a good work environment. High turnover because nobody wants to deal with the gossip and unprofessionalism of management.

      They provide a wealth of learning materials to further your career.

      Cons

      My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
