I love working for CBA. I work with a hardworking team who have a passion for the organisation and the customers. The bank gives me the flexibility that I need and cares about me as a person. CBA is big on wellbeing and I can't see that changing.
Cons
Workload can be challenging, but at the same time it keeps us in a job
