Flexible hours when working at the office.
Cons
Men are given chance to improve and to stay in the company when in a low-performance period. This is not the case for women. They claim to care about employees, diversity, and inclusion but at the same time they will fire the only woman in a technical team without talking to her or giving any chance to improve as they do with male employees. It's a boys club, they can stay lazy and mediocre at their jobs and they face no consecuences.
