- international teams - flexible working hours - table soccer

Cons

- outdated technologies - management keeps back information, they even lie in your eyes - crucial information is not transparent, most of the time you don't even know what the goals are - you are moved from one project to the next without asking you - management cares about only the numbers - extra hours are not paid - you must do tasks outside of your position - bad teamwork - unfriendly collageues - gossips - weak salary - you must fight for salary raise even if you put in extra hours, your extra hours aren't recognized - there are favorites even if they are mediocre at their job - they care clean code on paper only, but in reality there is no time - they don't care about technologies only the politics - btw politics, international teams are fighting with each other instead of working together - montreal rules everything, no independence - micromanagement - team leads only care about their own butt - homophobic environment, there are gossips about you and silent treatment

Great team of people to work with, easy going environment, amazing benefits especially pto and sick time

Cons

Lots of nepotism among management that favor relatives or close friends for hiring, promotions, or assignments, also micro management and a get it done attitude rather than focus on quality
