CAE has grown over the years. It strives for excellence in many ways. It has pushed for transparency between its management and employees, and uses tools such as OfficeVibe, open and regular feedback, coaching, mentorship, etc. . They challenge their employees to be innovative and provide them with new working environments. Management no longer holds office next to windows (they don't even have VIP parking), they are with their employees and the windows are shared by everyone. They provide relaxation room & Foosball tables for breaks. Stand up desks, treadmills to work on... It's a really great environment! We make great products, and have a great team environment. Collaboration & empowerment are the keys to our success.
Cons
We are a growing company, and there is a lot of work. But its better that than no work at all.
