Pros
In the headquarters, the company has a plan to upgrade the workspace involving the employees in the transformation. Montréal site has started office projects in which they offer a variety of work setting (stand-up stations, focus zone, scrum areas, socialization and gaming zone, etc.) We finally have the choice of where to work. And with all the choices offered to employees, there is something for everyone. For once, the employees have been considered in priority and mangement don't even have their own private office in this concept. They are closer to us and this helps to increase transparency. Natural light has been increased because no offices have been build adjacent to the Windows.
Cons
Old culture is still very present and tends to come back rapidly when facing challenges. Tele-working is not officially encouraged as they have a Policy of presence from 9:30 to 15:30.
