      Pros

      Excellent benefits. 8% dollar for dollar RPP match is unheard of. Applause points is just additional income and you can get $1000-$1500 or more every year. They pay for education. Recently launched a program that pays 25% off every family vacation. And these are just some of the highlights. When it comes to benefits, I can go on and on. Excellent work culture. Excellent work life balance.

      Very limited scope for advancement. Salary is ok.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.
